I had another terrible service company that came out prior did not check machine at all, told the company I was washing too small loads, I never told them that, also they never called me for appointment they just sent and e mail and made appointment without even discussing an appointment, that prior company was terrible.Michael was fantastic and professional and knowledgeable of my machine and saw the problem right away after removing parts and explained what it needs. He called the insurance company and told them what was needed and answered all questions. I have had excellent service with Sears repair company, and this is my second time with Sears coming out to repair something. Totally professional and knowledgeable repair man!
