Hannet J. was great. He corrected the reassembly error from the prior technicians and resolved the issue quickly. Customer Service rep incorrectly created the ticket as a new repair instead of a recall and he got that sorted as well. Sears Customer Service reps need better training.

Tech. Was very professional, worked clean efficiently and quick. Thank you. There is one big problem and it's not with your technicians it's with the parts availability for all the SEARS appliances I own. IE I've gone thru I think THREE SEARS refrigerators, they failed and were replaced but one thing you can't replace is that South Korea where your appliances are made doesn't supply parts. For instance my Beautiful Kenmore Elite 5 draw refrigerator the ice maker water pump kept failing, finally Sesrs sent me a heavy duty replacement clear plastic pump, the only problem is that the plugs didn't match. Luckily for me I had saved the original pump, I had a handman come over my house since I'm 82 YEARS OLD and can't move this P.O.S monster appliance any more. He removed the old ice maker pump, I switched the plugs and reed it. Guess what the new heavy duty pump cracked and leaked again. Sear's solution with your technicians. that came over was to eliminate the ice maker pump altogether. Now my ice cubes come out in assorted sizes. Thanks SEARS for going out of business.
