Dryer repair

Richard was knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosis and estimated repair cost was quick and efficient. Repair was not cost effective so nothing further was done.

Ac repair

He showed up to work on a repair done by another tech that did not end up with unit bringing down the temp. Listened to what I told him had been tried. He was out there in 90 plus degree temp for multiple hours. Replace a couple of units parts , check all parts of the unit and got the temp to start dropping from 93 degrees. Very professional, very focused, and expended a lot of effort to get our unit working properly.

Donald was great and did a great job! Why do you ask about the tech? That's his job and yours to vet the people you hire! As a consumer, I'm paying you to complete a service. Sears process a a system is terrible! Need to speak with the schedule coordinator, not a complete!
