I had been waiting for parts for 3 months. Richard was able to get this done when the sear AI system kept rescheduling my repair. Richard was fantastic but the AI only system is terrible. They need to get humans again answering the phones.

I liked Richard as he was very conscientious n professional. However it took 3 weeks for the suspension part to come in. I am very annoyed that it took so long for the part to fix my washer. It sat in one of Sears' own warehouse. Also, if u r going to use AI make sure there's a speaking human to back her up

Brandon was very nice and professional. He came to our house in a timely manner and repaired our washing machine. He also explained exactly what was done and stayed around to make sure the machine was working properly.
