Technician was very knowledgeable, respectful, great manner well very family oriented overall awesome person he knows what he’s doing. Is the Sears who did not get the parts on timely Manor I have to wait month and a half to have refrigerator back and I hope I don’t have to call you for this matter. I still have to check it out and see if it’s working properly. You should have the connection where they can get their parts Within few days or should have overnight if they are big company . It was no need for holding me for almost a month and a half with Dr. refrigerator with the full family with toddler, baby expecting mother grandchildren five years six years old it was very inconvenient .
