The technician Yasiel was very experienced in the knowledge of installing parts into my wall oven, he was kind respectful and he cleaned up after himself. Kudos to him for doing a great job.. unfortunately I use the oven the next day and it's not getting hot enough to bake anything in the oven taking too long for the process.
