No five starts because communication with the company was frustrating at the beginning because only robots talking to you. No humans at all. I had the first appointment cancel without explanation. But after second appointment went fine and technicians came. The job was done. The technician are very professionals and polite.

They stink, came once for my frig, needed a part canceled follow up twice. "Part not in" wouldn't come back for another issue, temperature too high, until part was in. Probably have to throw out all my food

Technicians did not assemble my MW-Dual Oven properly. Had to open a new ticket and Sears rep did not open the ticket properly and they wanted to charge me. Thankfully the technician that came today was able to change the ticket to the proper category (service recall). UPDATE: I am lowering the score to 1 star. The Microwave Oven stopped working again after just 4 days from the last repair. Sears technicians are not diagnosing the root cause of why the parts they are replacing are braking down to begin with. I paid almost $900 and I am still unable to use my appliance. They have promised to send an “expert technician” today. We will see. Third repair is the charm? We will soon find out.
