I put in a service repair request for my refrigerator back in June 2024, they told me two months later that the part to fix my refrigerator was not available and that they will put in for a new replacement refrigerator,. I’ve been calling and no-one seems to find the notes on the system. So far they said that my case was escalated to my knowledges 4 times. Today I called 8/23/24 and they again put another escalation claim #7834460 ano the replacement can be approved, and told me I needed to wait 7-10 biz days for a reply. This is ridiculous and mostly I’m frustrated I’ve been waiting for resolution for over 2 months.

This was the 6th visit by repair personnel to repair my air conditioning unit. On this visit the technician showed up and said that the condition was caused by a faulty plug (the second time a plug was blamed. The first time it was replaced). To repair it he bypassed the plug and hot wired it to the connection. I requested that the plug be replaced instead of the connection being hot wired and he stated that none were in stock. I then requested that the technician order a new plug and he refused, and abruptly left. I then contacted the co-technician on the call and asked him to contact the supervisor and have him call me (they would not provide his phone number). Said supervisor (Alex) never called. In this entire process the technicians were unsure of themselves in diagnosing the problem(s) and a total of 6 trips were made. It is still unsure whether the problem has been solved as no follow-up plans were made. Needless to say, I am totally dissatisfied with the service received and in the lack of concern of customer relations by the Sears staff.

I don't feel that he spent enough time on the item. He came in spend about 5 minutes step outside and call me to tell me the item is not fixable. I still needed to pay the diagnostic fee $ which I feel that, that was all he was concerned about. Because he kept asking me from the beginning, do I know that I have to pay a diagnostic fee... I don't trust the their service at all.

My service man called to let me know he was on his way. A pleasant man. We had a nice chat. He checked the outlet first. He discovered it had no power. it seems i trip the circuit. he flipped the breaker switch and the dryer turned on. I am just confused. if he didn't fix anything on the machine why did i have to pay for a service. paying for gas to my house would have been cheaper. Am I wrong to feel this way?
