Matthew showed up on time & was very attentive & polite. However, we actually had an appointment for the Saturday before, scheduled with another technician, I believe his name is Dave. We waited at home all day on a Saturday for him, we were told between 8 am to 5 pm. He finally called around 3:30. I missed the call, but he didn’t leave a message. When I saw the missed call, I called him back several times, but he would not pick up & he cancelled our appointment. On a different note, I got a message today saying that our technician was on his way. Worked out great, we had an appointment & honored our commitment. The other tech did not.

Technician John kept me informed throughout the day as to when he would arrive! When he arrived and inspected my A/C, he showed me the problem, and went out to clear the drain line, then he found that I needed refrigerant added to the condenser. I already feel the difference and my house cooled down within an hour! Thanks to John for a job well done!
