Although Matt was not able to fix my issue today. Parts had to be ordered due 1-2 weeks turn around. Matt was very professional and informative. I felt ease having him in my home.

Your technician Jason, took care of our ailing clothes washer valve and kitchen range rotary control knob quickly and successfully. Jason arrived yesterday to install replacement parts in our LG clothes washer and Kitchen range. Both are once again in working order making our dinners more easily accomplished and ending my period of washing clothes by hand. Jason is personable and knowledgeable and appreciate his work.

There have been 2 times our washer broke and your employees have come to fix it. Despite them not having the parts and having to order them every employee I communicated with or was in my home was fabulous!! I highly recommend using this company!
