Matthew and Tim were very professional and extremely helpful. They answered all of our questions and took as much time as we needed to explain the problem with our washer. If I owned a business I would definitely hire them.They are a credit to your company.

I was afraid maybe i will have some issues with sears but they both made difference. if you get an email said Chris is coming to your house for repair, be 100% free stress because he will work with you in scheduling a good time.
