Unprofessional and argumentative. Tried to leave without fixing my dryer completely. also said he couldn’t tell me how much it would be to fix it until it was all done and never gave me a quote. When he gave me the final bill I asked him what their rates were for labor and he would not answer. He just said they were Sears rates. He charged over $300.00 for the labor that took 20 minutes or less and $30.00 for a new dryer belt. Do not use Sears! I certainly never will again. .

I would give negative 5 stars! This company is absolutely garbage. I have had 4 no shows not even a courtesy call to tell me they were not able to make it out instead I have had to call their even worse customer service every week! They are absolutely no help but to say sorry the technicians are not servicing your area today and reschedule you for the next week.

I was not pleased with my Sears appointment. The technician called the wrong number so I was unaware that he was on his way. Additionally I didn’t receive a text because it went to the wrong number. My phone number is associated with my Sears account because when I rescheduled my appointment my phone number was the only option. The technician did not try and come back to do my repair. He was very flippant in his manner-not professional and did not try and correct the error of his company. I feel that because Sears made the mistake they should have have sent him back out.

Customer service is very lacking. You are given an 8a - 5p window. Yet the tech doesn't call until they have been sitting outside your home for a certain amount of time. You tell them you will be there in 15. They give you an attitude saying they can no longer sit there and will come back at another time. They still have not tried to arrangement a time. You have your daily schedule. So, the tech expects you to sit waiting on their knock or ring for a 9 hr period. That is unreasonable and unfair. Just as they called to say I've been sitting here they could've called like they are suppose to 30 min prior to let you know they are on the way. Then a time could be arranged. Poor customer service.

No diagnostics were performed on any likely faulty parts and after three weeks now my refrigerator still doesn’t work. The second appointment a week later was a no show and it is another week before the next available appointment. Three weeks now and three days out of work waiting for the repair technician to show up and my refrigerator still doesn’t work. I wish there was a zero star option.

Claimed we refused service-a fabrication. Didn’t call. Didn’t show up. A simple call would have fixed this. Rescheduled and no showed again. Do not use if you have the choice.

This is the 2nd time Sears has neglected to show up for an appt and submit forged documents to my home warranty company pretending that they did. This is fraud, and will be getting reported to the FTC and BBB!

Only because I can’t give you zero stars!! Sears home services is THE WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! We pay for services that are impossible to use!! We have a refrigerator that isn’t working and we have been on phone with your “technical specialists” who are located in ten different countries and NO ONE knows how to solve our issues!! The only thing we’ve been told to do was to clean the coils that we don’t know how to get access too!! NO ONE we’ve talked to will give us any answers/help!! I will tell EVERY ONE I know to avoid your company at all costs!! Waste of our time and money!!!
