My SEARS technician was excellent. He was on time, courteous and fixed the issue quickly. It is weird that SEARS did not tell me prior to the appointment the fee which was rather high to repair. That is my one grief.

He was able to get my dryer fixed. The other guy, David L. Just order the wrong part, I was without for 1week 1/2.

It was very nice having a single tech who was able to work on three of my appliances in a single visit. Armando S. was very thorough and ensured I understood what he had to replace on each of my appliances. All three are now working like they are supposed to.
