Technician John kept me informed throughout the day as to when he would arrive! When he arrived and inspected my A/C, he showed me the problem, and went out to clear the drain line, then he found that I needed refrigerant added to the condenser. I already feel the difference and my house cooled down within an hour! Thanks to John for a job well done!

John was amazing. He made my day by telling me I had a bad thermostat. Reason I was happy was the last company tried to stiff me and told me that I had a bad air handler and wanted to charge me a whole lot of $$$. John said my air handler looked very nice and I was very pleased. Thank you John. Way to go!!!
