Brad was very nice and efficient however it took 7 appointments for them to finally fix my dryer many times they cancelled at last minute I missed 5 days of work this whole process started in nov 2024 and today was finally fixed 3/24/25

Repair tec. Needs to smile and act a little friendly while serving customer. Could have just been a bad for him so I rated 4 star. I wear hearing aids and had to turn all the way to 10 to hear him because his voice was so low tone. I normally keep them on 6 and can hear others fine.

It's really proabbaly a 4.5,but you can't do half a star. It was just his tone the harsh way he spoke to us,and then he didn't explain the payment properly,and I was about to cancel the entire thing thinking I had to pay $300 dollars,plus the $85 I paid to book the service. Even though it still came out to be about $240 total including the $85. I would still use SEARS again.

Charge of full diagnostic fee, when I requested subsequent repair service (which Sears was unable to perform) seems inappropriate. Further, no military discount available. Repair Tech, Jason M, was knowledgeable and professional.

Would be helpful to have been called the day of, to know an appropriate time of arrival. Also, no communication when technician left the premises regarding any solution to my issue.

3 weeks to replace a blower motor (a 30 minute job) is unacceptable, especially with outside temps in the 90's. I would not use Sears had it not been a warranty repair with Choice Home and didn't have a choice.
