Choice Home Warranty scheduled Matt to come out and fix our ice maker on August 24. He showed up on time and said he needed to order a part and would be out the following Saturday. Day came and went, no Matt, no part, no text, no phone call. Rescheduled a repair with Choice. Andrew called and said he'd be out. Took time off work to be there, no Andrew, no text, no phone call. Sears AI scheduled another appt, on October 5, confirmed multiple times, day arrived, no tech, no text, no phone call. Absolutely abysmal service, appalling lack of communication. A phone call or text would have been a decent courtesy instead of another day off work wasted waiting for someone to show up. Horrible experience.

He was rude to me. He’s was extremely rude to my mother in law. He claimed that a $50 quote turned into a $400 quote. Sears fixed an ice maker then all of a sudden the entire refrigerator stopped working. There is NO WAY that is just a coincidence. Sears is horrible. They have cost me FOUR MONTHS of my time. They cost us EXTRA damages that I HAD to pay for out of pocket!

Technician took 3 phone calls just chatting. I even asked him to call them back later. He continued talking. My mother was in another room with 3 dogs. Locked them up for the Technicians Safety. Also, He basically said I was the cause of my problem. I have a Home Warranty and they picked Sears to service me. His Report to my Home Warranty was negligence. My claim was denied based off his opinion. I finally asked him to leave and take his phone calls somewhere else. Sears has great products but their Customer Service is terrible. This was not my first bad experience with Sears Repair Service UPDATE: The technician told me my compressor was going bad. Sears could fixed the problem for $2000. I decided to get a second opinion. A certified company Emrald Coast Appliance came. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes. The water filter which I put in was in too tight. All he did was turn it some. Problem solved. I will never trust Sears to do anything. Not to mention the Poor service by their technicians. They should reimburse the cost of the bill ($130) from the new company I had to call. This was a Home Warranty case. Should have only have to pay the $65. Let’s see if that happens. UPDATE: Sears response was to call the number below. I tried calling several times. There is no prompt for Customer Service so I keep getting disconnected. I tried using other prompts. No help there. All the representative did was file a complaint against the technician.

The repair man came out yesterday. He was very nice and everything. He said my refrigerator was unrepairable that I will get a call from the insurance company. They never did call so I called him and he reported that I have rats and roaches and they tell me that I need to get exterminator before they can Finish my claim I don’t have no more rats and I don’t have no more roaches. I already settled. So I don’t know what what he told them, but I know what he told me that it was unrepairable, but I gave him five school yesterday, but I didn’t give him nothing today. I don’t have a refrigerator And I’m allowed a place to put my food. I am 71 years old and disabled. What am I supposed to do now? I live on fix income. I paid the insurance to get my appliances fixed.

Contractor stated they showed up and did the work, sent an invoice, closed out the call. Nobody showed up, when I would call Sears they would give me the run around and say the technician will call me. When asking for a supervisor, there was not one available. They made me wait from 8 AM- 5 PM for someone who never showed up and would not contact me. Terrible experience and customer service.

This service outlet was referred by my home warranty company. They didn’t fix my appliance the first time. Ordered parts which were never delivered. They rescheduled and then kept pushing off appointment times for two days. Disgusted and upset with the customer service. A computer answers the calls so there’s no live person to offer assistance.

First won't return calls, John said he'd be to my home around 330pm. At 422pm I get an email about my work being completed and it has a signature that's well not mine. The initials aren't even right. Next they ignore my calls and put me on hold for 45minutes. Followed by nothing. Tech won't answer but can hit the ignore button... reap professional. They want to try to reschedule for another 8 hour window so professional it hurts. Thanks Sears for leaving me for month 2 going on 3 without a working AC in 80+ degree heat. No communication and oh yeah falsifying information yo send to a home warranty company yall are just great.

When you got a Sears technician that comes over to your house to replace your broken part in your appliance with some sort of refurbished part that didn't fix the issue that's when you know you got to get a hold of somebody else to do the job right. That's what I think about Sears appliance repair
