Actually repair Not Guess what to repair been to my house six times to repair a dishwasher Three times for diagnostics three times to add the parts that was discovered during the diagnostic. Still continues with no solution Yes, this is a very unhappy Review. And I am not an appliance technician. I do not owe goes into it. Do not understand how they work. I am a business owner, and as of, so I will not send my guys out to guess what’s going on I would make sure The tools and equipment to diagnose a problem to begin with . If I was a mechanic and someone brought me their car said it’s going to be fixed and they cannot make it out the driveway. I said it was fixed I would be very upset would not be. ???

Sears repair was horrible to deal with. My refrigerator was going out the end of October 2023. Home warranty paid Sears to come out. Sears scheduled me two weeks out & would NOT be flexible on their date of Nov 20th 2023. So I took off work & waited. No tech arrived between the hours they provided. I call them & I'm told I'm the next stop & be watching for the tech (415pm). Still no tech by 600pm. Received a text my appointment time was moved to between 1100pm & midnight. Then at 730pm the tech calls me & says he can't make it today & I was the last appointment. I said I understand so what time will you be here in the morning. Tech said he can't come in the morning & I've been rescheduled two weeks out on Dec 30th 2023 & supervisor would call me. So now Thanksgiving is a few days out & my refrigerator is going out. Calling Sears was a total nightmare. It took over an hour of being redirected through the automated system just to reach a person. Then the people I reached were clueless as to how to help me & their English was ridiculous. I asked for a supervisor & was told one would call me. Keep in mind the tech told me his supervisor was going to call me the next morning on November 21, 2023 & never did. So I call my home warranty & they too received the same run around. So they canceled Sears & rescheduled with another company who immediately contacted me & scheduled an appointment which they kept. Today is Dec 15th 2023 & I have yet received a call from a supervisor at Sears as promised. I have had Sears call me & say a supervisor called me but I didn't answer. I told them that's not true because I have voice-mail & no one has left me a message. Plus why would I answer for them but not the supervisor. Makes no sense. Sears Home Appliance Repair has gone way down in there customer service & reliability. Over the last two weeks I've had a Sears tech show up at my home but of course I'm at work & there's nothing I can do for them. I lost a full day of work & countless hours on the phone all because of Sears' incompetence with their work ethics. I will NEVER do business with Sears again. Beware of Sears appliance repair in the Northwest Florida Panhandle area.

Today was the 4th day I’ve had to take off work for appointments. The dishwasher isn’t draining and throwing an overflow code. The service tech came 3 times. The first time he just told me to move the drain hose. The 2nd time he ordered a sensor even tho you can hear the drain pump going out. Today he installed the sensor, didn’t do a test run before he left so I started a cycle as soon as he left and of course it filled with water that wouldn’t drain and threw the same code. Tried to call the tech back, no answer. My dishwasher has now been unusable for almost 2 months and with the days I’ve had to take off of work I could have just bought a new dishwasher. Their next available date of service is of course 2 weeks away, another day I’ll have to take off of work. Thanks Sears.
