Rick was Great, LG part delivery TERRIBLE.
Rick (Patrick W.) did a great job removing the faulty part, clearing the ice build up, and installing the replacement part. HOWEVER, we were without a working refrigerator for ONE MONTH due to LG inability to supply the needed part in the 3 to 5 day delivery we were quoted. Because we were without a refrigerator for one month, our service contract should be extended at least THREE Months to cover the month we were without the refrigerator and as compensation for the food ruined by the lack of a refrigerator. We would like to SPEAK to a PERSON about our complaint instead of a computer.
