Jorge is an excellent technician and I hope sears appreciate him. Our air condition in this Florida heat decided to need repair. GOD sent the right technician that new his job well. Parts had to be ordered but we were kept informed every step of the way. I will want no one else but Sears to be the company that come to my home and no one else but Jorge.
