Perceived lack of caring about quality. The service man seemed in a hurry. Testing his fix caused water to flood the laundry room floor caused by failure to secure the washer drain hose. His response was “anyone can make a mist”

Your technician was very professional and knowledgeable. HOWEVER. Your company lost a job when he said that we had to arrange for the refrigerator had to be pulled out by us. Your company has to provide this or at least have a company that can do this

No mtce was required for my dishwasher after diagnostics but I got charged an extra $50 for maintenance after labor costs I don’t think that was necessary

A reapair was made at time. But, the problem has returned after few hours latter. It is necessary to fix the problem again.- It is forming ice around the dispenser. Thanks Claudio Boschi
