This company was assigned to me thru American Home Shield. I opened up a service order on 8/28/24 to repair my microwave/oven. The first Technician came out the first week of September, identified the problem and ordered the parts. The parts ordered, and the ones that were sent were the wrong parts. The technician again ordered the parts and followed up the following week. A new motherboard was installed in my appliance. On the initial test appeared that the unit was functioning. OK. However, an hour and a half after the technician left, I went to use my appliance only to find it non-functioning. I called this company back immediately because the technician had told me I had a 30 day warranty. Only to find out that they refuse to come out unless I opened up another service order with American home shield. This required me to pay another $125 to get this company out again when the service should be covered for free underneath the 30 day warranty. I had to wait another week for second technician to come out. This was a different technician from the first one that came out. The second technician told me that the first technician put in entirely the wrong part . So a new part was ordered. It has since been lost according to their customer service line. But I was reassured by the customer service line that the part would be ordered again. It has been five weeks almost to the day, and it’s appliance has yet to be repaired in a satisfactory manner. I am so upset that they refused to come out on your 30 day The out-of-pocket for repair that was not done properly

Sears Home Services was assigned by my home warranty company to repair my AC. Since August 20 Sears kept assigning to a tech. Two times it was one tech. Another time the other tech failed to show. Today the first tech finally came with the part but it turned out the claim was not covered. This could have been easily determined in the first visit. Kept us without AC in the late summer. Tech not answering calls and not returning calls for basic questions. I called Sears resolution and offshore person has no updated info in their system. Very bad service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company….the technician was not the problem….he works for the company and can only do what is instructed…..The rating given was not for the technician (he was great) but for the company…..The request to have the AC repaired was placed the first of July after several no shows, reschedules and many calls to the company (Good luck discussing any issue with them. You will talk to an overseas customer service rep who will pass your message on to someone with no response or follow up calls) a repair tech finally showed up a month and a half later… This was the worst customer service ever…I was warned not to contract this company but I had a contract with them several years ago and got really good service….what a mistake I made not following the advice given… the unit is still not work properly…The next step is to call the Better Business Bureau and hire an attorney…. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever….

Jarrod was the tech showing up. I received a text that he had arrived followed by a rate his service and a report for amount owed. I was confused he just arrived it says on text. I call my wife and she says he has not showed up. So why would I get a message saying that he showed up to rate him as if he had done a job already and a receipt. My wife works from home there's no way and she is expecting him. I don't understand but all the confusion and phone calls has me upset.
