Carlos was extremely very good on the repair job that he has performed on our fridge. He knew what the problem was after so many others came and went.

I have not received a receipt for the service. I was told you would send me one on e-mail. What happened? The service man says your system has changed and he can not offer one.

Although obtaining the replacement parts took much longer than desired the installation was excellent. On the morning of the scheduled delivery I was contacted by the serviceman, Boyce, whom I advised the delivery was scheduled for 12:30 pm. He advised me to contact him upon receipt of parts. At 12:45 I called and within 30 minutes he was at my home. Installation was completed in a timely manner, returning my refrigerator to full and proper operating condition. I am very pleased with the communication with, coordination of and implementation of my refrigerator repair.

The tech, Wayne who came out was great, he explained everything to me. I found the fees expensive however the name SEARS holds a name of trust for me and I know if anything goes wrong the work is guaranteed and they will come back.

The technician completed the work within 15 minutes and the dryer is running again. He was very kind and professional during his visit, he cleaned the area he worked in and put everything back together as it was before he got here. He also cleaned the dryer out from lint. Fortunate Sears had a 20% off coupon online, but the cost of the service is to expensive. The technician presented a new repair and maintenance program the at would cost around $40-$50 a month with a $70.00, that too is to expensive.
