The washer appears to be fixed for now. But after 5 service calls in six months, I can not rate this any higher. Maybe in 6 months if I do not have any other issues I might be able to rate the service higher. I feel having to have a machine break-down 5 times in less than a year is concerning. This machine is only 4 years old.

I won't use them again. One tech ordered the wrong part. The office communication was terrible. But the other two techs were professional and finally fixed my refrigerator. It was a big headache to work with them.

Repair was friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is very very very poor. I had to talk with 3 different people and give info 3 times. Parts r on back order. They don’t call and info you. You have to call them😡

TECH, DO NOT CALL ME BEGORE ARRIVAL, AND LEFT WITH THE PARTS THEY HAVE PREBIOSLY ORDER WITHOUT CALL ME OR EXPLAIN TO ME (the owner) why the first tech order parts to fix the refrigerator problem and them after amothervtech came and say that parts can not be install because he couldn't fix it.

She was very rude spoke to me like i was her child. I was telling her what the last tech told me and she said i don’t care what they told you i’m telling you this. Very rude. She never told me how much it would be if paid out of pocket or what it actually needed. Never will i use sears again and after that my claim was denied. They all work together it’s very sad that they do things like this. I will get it fixed elsewhere and i will also be seeking warranty elsewhere i don’t have time to play the games that they’re playing. I only paid the diagnostic fee of $75.00 but the full year warranty

Horrible experience. We waited almost a week for the appointment. All part of a bigger scam. Gave the technician the payment for Choice home warranty and gave him $100 tip to fix it! What a joke. He said "something electrical isnt working in outside unit. I asked him what, he said not sure, but the claim is in. I didnt look but it was refused by email before he left. I asked him to please text me pictures of the problem so I can work on getting it repaired. He never texted pictures and never gave back $100. I am furious. Its ok to refuse the claim, but at least time isnt wasted if you have a diagnostic. I want my $100 back. He should never have accepted it. Lets be honest. He knew the claim would be refused

I identified the issue (vent cleaning) that was the likely cause of the needed repair. They sent a technician who confirmed this was the issue in 2 minutes and then indicated they did not actually perform this part of "dryer repair". They charged the quoted fee plus taxes (with the taxes being added by waiving the diagnostic fee and charging for "labor" instead).
