Did not follow up after came to our home then told choice warranty that the ac line was installed wrong which was a lie because I had another company to come out that said that was not the case.These people that they sent out from sears just did not want to do the work , which is totally unprofessional

horrible experience with sears appliance repair. problem starts in early June. they said need to order parts, then it keep delayed to September. poor communication, all through automatic messaging. cannot find any live person to talk to. Never use sears repair again!!!!

Technician trashed Sears saying they are a money scam for parts. Doesn't show up with parts after I sent the model number through the process. Technician said maybe another Technician has the parts but they'll inflate the price like Sears does. Total scam. Never again.

The serviceman did not address the issue. My handyman maintains our ac. The problem that needs to be addressed is the 5amp fuse that burns out way too quickly, and that is what needs to be addressed.
