I called for someone to come out and repair my refrigerator & the technician had problems getting into my gate and lost his mind. I couldn't come down to the gate to help him and he began yelling on the phone. He finally got through the gate and when he showed up cursed at me in front of my 10 year old godchild. I asked him to leave immediately & called for a manager. No one ever called me back but I just got a collections notice for a bill for a service I never received.

Terrible company. They are in the process of repairing my fridge. The technician ordered a part that is in backorder according to them. However, when I searched the same part number, it was available and in stock everywhere. Good luck discussing any issue with them. You will talk to an overseas customer service rep who will pass your message on to someone with no response or follow up. This company is not organized and doesn't care about customer service. I am glad I learned about this company in a stupid fridge repair before contacting them for a new HVAC system evaluation and quote. Never again.

I can not give you review because you were never repaired our A/C reason that the Choice Home Warranty did not give approval of the repair. I found out from CHW that you did not submit to the insurance that they are requiring you to submit. Cause of the delay to repair the A/C is in your part. The Sears Home Services. I want this to speed up the process in repairing the A/C. Thank you

He could not even find what’s wrong with or checked everything whether it’s all in working condition. It’s broken again next day.

Ivan (the technician) was amazing and not the focus of this post... but the process to get to the service was completely unacceptable. I had an appt for an 8-noon window scheduled 10 days in advance following the assessment of my dryer...(the appt was confirmed with the email on file and in the SEARS system). I travel for work and reworked my schedule to be home specifically for this appt and no one reached out or tried to reach me...I tried to email and call only to be trapped in a phone system that would not allow me to talk to a real person. I spent about 2 hours of my day to try to "talk" to a human but was unsuccessful until after my appt window...This is completely unacceptable. My work hours should not be spent trying to track down my "Scheduled" appt from 10 days ago. I demand restitution for my time and hours spent tracking down a human that could help me...Only when I reached a human they did not follow through with my request to reschedule my appt for the same day in the afternoon.. If I did not follow up and submit a new request on line I would not have received the help I needed. I would not use SEARS home services ever again but would gladly use the tech and his contracted company and bypass SEARS. This is a scam and I would not recommend. They are way over priced and not helpful in anyway...

Horrible service. He even threw my phone in the table when he was talking to my aunt over the phone when she was explaining and complaining about the bad service she felt he was already giving . Super rude and not knowledgeable or helpful at all . It is not safe for a person who open the doors of her house to a company who sends people this rude.

They've been trying to fix my refrigerator since march 20th. The refrigerator is not consistently cooling. The last technician couldn't find a piece to replace, so he just left. Now I'm on my own to try and fix it.
