I appreciate the technician who worked on my air conditioner. He came without knowing what was wrong with my unit. Information was not given to him on what was needed to fix the unit. He worked hard and long to repair my unit. I appreciate his hard work. Thanks

The mechanic is excellent. The phone service and customer service needs help. It is nearly impossible to solve problems on part deliveries. Or get a straight answer on what to do on part delays. I asked how long I have to wait for back ordered parts . No answer repeatedly. After waiting one week for a part for our washer, I went to the Sears parts online and found refurbished parts available immediately. I called the India team and asked them to use one. They told me refurbished parts are not allowed for my repair. I called 15 times in the following weeks. I spent $200 at coin laundry. Over a month later, they shipped a refurbished part after I asked for a machine replacement. Suddenly re-manufactured parts are NOW ALLOWED. The mechanic came today December 17,2024 and didn’t need the re-manufactured part at all. More than one month wait Dishonesty about parts policy using refurbished parts No time limit given on back orders. No call backs. When promised. Bad experience overall
