Once the technician got here everything was great. She was very good and informative. But the process getting her here was stressful. Too many promises and delays on specific arrival was too frustrating.

The repair tech, Chris, discovered the outlet the water softener was plugged into did not work. I had agreed to a 129.95 price. Chris did not inform me that checking the circuit breaker would cost an additional $70. I will never use Sears Service again.
