Dennis. was great, the only problem we had was the email kept saying he would be at the house by 1 and it never updated, your info says we are notified if he was going to be later and we never were- he was hours later than the updates for the arrival

Mark was very kind and helpful. He gave me a list of detailed options to choose from as alternative routes which helped me decide and not overpay or take options that were not favorable for us in the long term. I appreciate his honesty and work ethic as he was genuinely interested helping and not looking to sell me expensive options. I would definitely recommend Mark and will gladly call again for future service repairs.

Ivan called ahead and gave me a time frame that he would arrive which I really appreciated, and he arrived right on the earlier time of the time frame. He came in and had to work in a tight space, but he literally had my dryer fixed in 20 minutes. He was very nice and efficient.

Eric called ahead and arrived sooner than he expected, which was fine by me. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Checking the over all operation, he found another issue and took care of it. Eric was professional and explained things as he went along. I would be happy to see him on another call. Bob Weiner
