The repair tech, Chris, discovered the outlet the water softener was plugged into did not work. I had agreed to a 129.95 price. Chris did not inform me that checking the circuit breaker would cost an additional $70. I will never use Sears Service again.

I’m giving a 3 as it took over a week to get parts to fix an issue plus it was duplicated on the order which confused the support staff when speaking to them

First appointment they were late by 5 hours, causing us to wait unnecessarily for the tech to be in the house 10 minutes and didn’t even touch the fridge. In the last appointment they came on time but they send a new tech that had to be on the phone with the previous tech asking what to do. Waste of everyone else’s time. When I asked for a number to call in case the repair was unsuccessful the tech referred me to another company.

Found that refrigerator needed to be defrosted to see if it would work Didn’t check filter Just said I needed a new panel Cost: 775.00 A waste of money And wasn’t sure defrosting wouldn’t be the solution Nice guy Bad service
