Brad, the repair technician was punctual, professional, knew his stuff, and got this repaired properly on the first try. The problem is that the powers that be no longer let repair people stock parts on their van. As such it seems like basically whenever a part is needed, it has to be ordered. This time the part came within 24 hours and the service company which apparently was Sears appliance service changed our appointment and made a three days earlier once they knew the part was on the way. Since they ask you to tell them exactly what you think is wrong with the machine in advance, why not use your AI and just have the permanent parts ready and available on the truck. Wouldnāt that save everyone a lot of time and effort and money?
