Craftsman ZTR Mower repair. Brad is no longer able to supply parts for my annual maintenance on my mower. He was able to remove one of everything I needed, and I went to Tractor Supply to procure everything I needed. He was able to reschedule my service for later in the day. He returned and put my new blades on for me. As always he was friendly and efficient, and my mower once again cuts grass like it is new! Thanks, Brad. See you next year. 🙂👍

The service tech was on time , He was courteous knowledgeable, Efficient and quite tidy, he allowed me to see what was causing the issue and replaced the bins for me And explain what he was doing I am very pleased with the service, As well as the communication with updates, my experience was overall very easy-going with very little stress at all. I would recommend Sears Home Services , And the warranty company I used who provided the service from Sears thumbs up
