This is the second time we have had the pleasure of Brad dispatched for service for an appliance. The first was our washing machine, which, unfortunately, needed to be replaced. This time it was our dryer. He was able to fix the problem quickly and accurately. Wish all service techs were as knowledgeable and professional as Brad. Thank you very much, Brad.

Dwight arrived first thing this morning. He replaced the defective ice maker in the freezer. He worked quickly, carefully and efficiently. Sears were very good in trouble shooting and identifying the issues with our Samsung refrigerator.
