Robert is great! He kept us informed as to the problem & how he would fix it. Also, he told us what to do if w/in 24 hours the ice maker was leaking or not making ice.

Brad has been my exclusive riding mower repair guy and kept the same machine running great for over a decade. . He not only does all appropriate periodic maintenance, but goes carefully from the front bumper to the tow hitch, lubricating, tightening, adjusting and doing safety checks, Then cleans it inside and out and reminds me of steps to take if I am putting it in seasonal storage. I only wish my car got such careful attention.

John is very friendly & capable. He showed me the steps as he changed the stove burner switch. It was a fast repair, and then he tested all the burners. He even set the time on the stove before leaving.
