Tim did an excellent job of checking my washer and dryer to see if there were any potential problems. Luckily, the items both received a clean bill of health. Tim also explained why I should use A Fresh or Washer Magic every few months to keep it clean. He was very professional and courteous. Thanks, Tim. Great job!
