Great same day repair service! The technician had good communication skills about apt arrival time and the part stocked in the van that was needed to repair my front loading washer. He put everything back neatly and I couldn't have asked for better service.

It took six visits to fix the dryer. A lot of time wasted with the chat service and the telephone service. If one has a problem and a fixed appointment already, it's almost impossible to get help. Good techniciants; poor customer service. Too many headaches at a high price.
