John came to our house at 7:30 pm after working all day to ensure our appointment was met. Jon was very professional and courteous and listened to our concerns about the issue with our washing machine. John meticulously worked to correct our issue! He cleaned the washing machine and the area where he worked following completion. I am absolutely over the moon on John’s work ethics, very professional. Thanks John!!

Technician Robert was great! However, I have an issue with the reservation process. When I called in, the woman I spoke to said there was an opening the same day. When it was actually scheduled it was over a week later. In addition, the time window is the whole day! I was able to find a time online, but he did not arrive for an hour and half after that time. To his credit, he did call me 1/2 hour before he arrived!
