Technician was very good at explaining about incorrect part sent to us and that unit was working as expected.

I loved how fast second employee fixed job. My only complaint was first employee told company he finished my job but only looked at it never ordered part like he told us and never showed up to finish we had to call sears service a second time for new employee to fix and finish.

I'm not happy with the service. This guy performs he really with here. Less than 20 minutes air conditioning still not cooling. So whatever you call yourself doing it didn't work. I'm not happy with your service at all. You charge me money for a service call and it's not perform. Ed, my house are doing the same thing. It did before you left. I'll be fully shamed, I'm sorry.

Utilized this company as part as my warranty coverage on my refrigerator. Scheduling was easy. They asked a series of questions while initially logging in your issue. They say it’s so the tech can bring the necessary parts. That’s a complete lie as no parts were ordered prior to the tech arrival to my home. I asked why they make me list the issue online and tech stated they never order parts prior to diagnostic. Makes sense. The tech showed up in his personal vehicle. Nice guy and did his diagnostic which turned out to be exactly what I had stated in my initial issue. Hammering/banging noise on my GE profile refrigerator after dispensing water. The tech said it’s a common problem and ordered two parts which were delivered to my home 2 days later. The tech replaced both parts BUT this didn’t correct the problem. Tech stated (after service call was completed) that even though he replaced the two parts it may not correct the problem ?????? Yup. So now what? He had no answer and blamed it on water pressure. Not sure where that leaves me but I’m not happy with Sears to say the least.

It's not good I'm still waiting on sears to send a repair slip to home warranty so I can get my AC unit back up and running instead they sent it to me and I was told it was a mistake so tell me why you haven't sent it yet.

Since they have started using AI It is impossible to to get anything solved The person that was supposed to come and fix our fridge knocked on our neighbors house and they weren’t there and left sending us a message that we weren’t at the home and it was impossible to try to call him back or to set up an appointment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Sears washer repair technician. The technician was short, disrespectful, and unfriendly from the moment the visit began. He made little effort to explain what he was doing, communicated poorly, and seemed irritated by basic questions about the repair. Instead of being helpful or professional, he became dismissive and ultimately stormed out, leaving the job unresolved. His behavior was unacceptable and completely inappropriate for someone whose job requires working directly with customers. This was not a technical issue—it was a customer service failure. Someone who is unwilling to communicate, lacks basic courtesy, and treats customers with open disrespect should not be working in a customer-facing role. Sears seriously needs to reevaluate this technician, as his conduct reflects very poorly on the company.
