Extremely rude and disrespectful. Did not even touch our broken dryer before leaving. My wife was in tears after how rude he was to her. Very disgusting human being that should not be allowed to work in any form of customer facing jobs.

The technician did not show up. This is the third day I sat around and waited for the technician and he hasent shown up.

Came out and "fixed" my AC on 7/16 and it stopped working again on 7/18. I've been trying to get some one to help me since then with no luck. Everything is AI or a bot! Can't get a live person on the phone and can't get an appointment set! I'm sitting here in this summer Florida heat in a house that shows 90°!!!

I never received an email for my receipt I called the number I was not happy I'm still waiting for an email with my receipt I will not use this company again Send me my receipt please you got your money now send me my receipt

Terrible service. Repair man was unprofessional and abrupt somewhat aggressive with his tone. Then he lied to my home warranty company and said that he had completed service That the only thing the dryer needed was the dryer vent cleaned and he didn't report the heater element that he said that the dryer needed. He did this because I told him I didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to me and he didn't need to talk to me like that. I had no problem getting the dryer vent cleaned professionally. Which I did the very next day. See attached receipt I actually made the appointment while he was in the house. Then the dryer vent was professionally cleaned and Sears was supposed to come out a second time I requested a different technician but I guess you didn't listen because I waited all day 8-5 on my new appointment day on 6-13-25 I got a call at 5:30 saying technician was on the way still no one showed up so at 6:30 I checked my email and the same technician said he came out and the vent was clogged and my service was denied! A LIAR he never came out today. This technician should be fired!!!!

Was not able to diagnose or fix. Claimed he could identify the male and model even though he had fixed it on a prior visit.

First time they came by to fix my Samsung Hub refrigerator the technician wasn't qualified to fix the issue with the refrigerator.. I had a second appointment schedule with Sears after 2 weeks and it was a no show. Safevt ok saybtgstbu sm not satisfied atall with thus service.

Delroy will lie and say you denied service just so he won’t have to do the work. Spoke to him at 11am took the day off work and he told me he would be here at 2pm. He never showed up and lied and said I denied service.
