Chris was a 10 out of 10 as far as service techs go. Almost comically, as he began to assess our refrigerator, he touched the area of the thermostat, and the frig began to run again! Failling thermostat seems to be the issue. Still conducted checks of motor, condenser, and other parts. Although it turned out to be a repair we could make ourselves, we would not have been able to identify the cause of failure without his help. Chris was very personable and we would be glad to have him back again if needed.
