Service at Nautilus
The technician said it was a seal issue. Apparently he ordered the wrong part. He went back for the second time today in the refrigerator is still not working. Now choice warranty is telling me that they are not going to approve the repair. They are saying it was not normal wear and tear. I need to know what is going on. I actually question this technicians ability?
