Mike went to the wrong house and my neighbor went out to tell him since I can't walk very well. I guess she made a comment about being at the wrong place and he she was rude. So he pulled into my driveway then left. He didn't give anyone a chance to apologize or anything. I can stand short periods of time then I have to sit down sometimes for hours before I can get back up. So I really need my microwave fixed. I tried calling him but he wouldn't answer the phone. I wanted to explain that he had not been dealing with me. I'm sorry my neighbor made him mad but just taking off was just as rude especially after I waited the whole day for him with no word from him or you as to when he would be arriving. Just a short message to say he wouldn't be here till after noon would have been a great help. He didn't get here until just a few minutes before five so he was probably tired and grumpy from a long hot day but he should have at least come to the door and say he was leaving at which time I could have showen him it wasn't me that made him mad. Worst repair
After, 3 weeks the fridge was still having the same issue.

Service Technician
I stayed home all day from 8:00 am to 500 pm! No call or text that anyone was coming. At 5;30 I received a call from the tech saying he would be here in 45 minutes. He showed up pulled out the dishwasher,said it wasn't under warranty and I Should throw it out because it wasn't worth the 500.00 to fix it. I told him that the plastic piece came off when we pulled it oddntonlook at the connection for the hoses as the code of E01 was on the machine. Once the plastic piece that seemed to uhabe cut off by moving it came off nothing else worked. Then inpisjes it back in place.amd called for service! He told me that the wires were chewed by rats and then walked out! He sat in his truck for another 20 minutes then left! I fell that he is totally Unprofessional and I have never seen any type of rodent in or around my home ansnwjy would the machine have a leak code if there were chewed wires? I believe he just didn't care to fix it and said that so it wouldn't be covered by warranty! I am definitely not going to recommend your service dw0aetment to anyone ever!!!

You service SUCKS
John was fine, but your service SUCKS. You have raised your rates, cut services and there is no one to complain to. Just "Chat Bots' and listening to a computer rattling on. John came on Monday 02/20, and he orderd the parts for my refrigerator. They were delivered on Thursday 02/23. They were supposed to be installed on Friday 02/24 and I received multiple text messages confirming it. When the repairman didn't show up, I called the 800 number. After sometime trying to find my account the computer said "We are glad you called. We need to reschedule your appointment." I had wasted my day waiting for someone to show up that didn't. You have taked away the yearly service and blamed it on the pandemic. I had your servicemen in my home all during that time. You have raised your rates and I have not gotten what I thought I was paying for. I will most likely NOT be taking out the extended warrantee next year...I used to think Sear's was the best you could do, but not any more...

Ice maker and fridge door repair
The technician did not inspect my ice maker at all, he look at into the freezer said it's your ice sensor, he also was unable to fix my refrigerator door. He said it was uneven. Didn't attempt to fix it, didn't check the water pressure behind the fridge either

He told Choice Homes that it was a pre-existing condition. Well of course the A/C wasn't working when he got there or else why would I have filed a claim to have him go out there to fix it? If that were the case EVERY service call would be a pre-existing condition. Now I'll have to file an appeal and go without AC even longer in the middle of summer. I'm very upset at the way you do business. It stinks! You just lost the repair job!

The First Time He came to our Home we asked him did he want to come inside, because our Thermostat was Not Working he said NO!?!? Then my Husband told him to listen to the noise when Unit kicks on, BUT he was out by his Vehicle Smoking and on the Phone when it kicked on! He mentioned that He Does (Side Work) because the Insurance will Not Replace the Unit if Needed! I called Cinch and Requested NOT to have the Same Guy come to our Home. Made Us Feel Very Uncomfortable! BUT He was sent home to Our Home Again! He was shown Pics of the Unit Frozen up. He ordered Parts and Returned Friday to install but by Friday Evening we texted him pics of the Thermostat at 80 and the Frozen up Unit Again Not Working Properly! We Told him Cinch told us to contact Him Directly or the Sears Company to Try and get a Sooner Appointment (My call log shows that I called Sears Repeatedly with No Contact Possible with a Human) My text log shows Messages&Pictures sent to him showing that He READ Them yet NO Response!! The Soonest Available Appointment is 8/12!! That IS Ridiculous to Wait that Long on a 3rd Time coming to our Home!! I Personally do Not like to Complain, I Always like to Compliment! Regardless if we go to a Restaurant, I like to get the Manager to Compliment Their Workers because Everyone wants to Complain BUT People Need Recognition When Doing a Good Job! Although If People do Not Complain when there IS a Legit Reason/ Problem With Their Employees then Nothing Can be Addressed & Resolved! So here we are Addressing a Situation We Wish We Didn't Have to be In! Mr & Mrs Cavanaugh
