Once he got here he was good. But my app told me he would be here at 2:36pm then it changed to 2:54 and he didn't show up until around 4.

Tech felt very rushed because he was addressing a trip charge and couldn't stay long enough to answer questions. He was being timed for the type of call. This needs to change.
