Show up as scheduled like he said he would, nothing against him, but the 9hr window for service is really long and if u have to work, some don't have luxury to skip a day of work, and wait home almost 8 hours before a tech shows up for your service appt. John was clean, courtesy and got the job done, even had the part that he needed to replace on his truck, no waiting for parts to be ordered, delivered and another 9hr window for tech to show up to install part. So I gave him 5 stars for a job well done.

Icemaker had to be replaced and Chris the technician had to go and pick up one and replace it. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and replaced the icemaker quickly. Would highly recommend Sears Home Services!
