John called when he was approximately 15 minutes away and arrived as promised. He was friendly, knowledgeable and capable. He replaced my ice maker, explained what he had done and why, advised me in case of future problems, and managed payment efficiently.

Thomas was were polite and kept us update on his eta. He fixed the dryer and left the repair area neat and clean. However Sears Home Services automated system is seriously lacking making our experience very frustrating. The technician gets a five star review, Sears gets a one star for their customer service.
