He came prepared, took proper safety measures by checking that breaker was set, explained to me what he was doing while installing the broken door switch! After replacing broken part, Chris called me over & operated the device to insure it was properly working. He cleaned up & even asked if he could use our trash can to dispose of old part packing materials! He earned an "A#" at ALL levels!! 😎Al
