Excellent job done!! show me a lot of things about the job

Steve V. provided excellent service. I can't say the same for the routing/scheduling provided by the home office. I was provided incorrect information about the parts delivery for my repair. No one showed up for my 1st confirmed appointment. Trying to resolve the missed appointment was very difficult getting past the automated recording loop. Sears had to reschedule my 2nd confirmed appointment due to the internal routing/scheduling issue. Thanks to Steve I finally got my washer repaired.
