Wally is truly a man of few words but he did come and look at my refrigerator and did the best he could considering that Sears does not repair Hisense refrigerators. But I'm sure that if they did repair Hisense refrigerators he would do a fine job

I wish we had realized that we could get this kind of service years ago from Sears Home Services. First and foremost, Stuart, is professional, courteous and persistent! He stuck with the job til all the problems were solved and fully explained what the issues were! Second, I signed up for the home services contract for all of our home appliances and was extremely pleased with the huge discount I got on this service. While Home Services is a very affordable service, the discount I received on the tractor repair yesterday (which took about 4 hours!) was amazing. Our ultimate cost was unreasonably appreciatively low! But Sears Home Services would nothing without dedicated courteous technicians like Stuart. They, he are/is your most valuable resource!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stewart over several years. Stewart always calls and gives me an appointment arrival estimate. If he is delayed, he calls with additional arrival time. He follows up when he is on the way. If every home service would follow his work ethics, their businesses would prosper. Stewart has become the one yearly appointment we look forward too!

Steve was great he got here quick and made sure the service was done correctly. Was a sinple belt repair but was in and out and paid in less than 20 mins and he knew exactly what was wrong.
