Thomas went above and beyond to solve our unusual problem with the washer lid. He was patient and figured out how to fix it. We would've gladly bought a new lid but they are not avail on such an old washer. Love Thomas!

After the lack of respect from a previous A&E technician three days prior who neither called us nor appeared, thankfully this technician, Conrad, arrived on-time and was courteous to apologize for the company's previous failure to perform. Conrad proceeded to effectively and efficiently repair our refrigerator after having already paid A&E a ridiculously high fee. Thank you Conrad.
