As Stuart was working on the softener, he would show the part and explain what he was doing. When Stuart completed his work, he pointed to parts that ought to be replaced. We discussed the age of the softener and the cost of repair vs a new unit. Stuart is awesome!

The technician was fast, worked clean; very personable. The scheduling was a nightmare. Received multiple emails and text assuring me the repairs would be done last Thursday and it was a no-go. Pity there is no way to verify with a human the status of the appointment.
