I thought I had an ice maker problem. However, technician John diagnosed the problem as a compressor problem and ordered the parts necessary for the repair. I had to transfer all food to GE refrigerator in garage and to neighbor's freezer. Since I could not fit all frozen fruits, vegetables, and other frozen items in the GE refrigerator, I tried to keep them cold with 7 lb ice bags, ice packs, and frozen water bottles. It worked for a week but did not work for the additional week I waited for parts and scheduled service, so I had to dispose of many food items. John gave me helpful information regarding my LG refrigerator before and after my repair was completed. I would rate John as a very competent technician.

He's just fine. Your dispatch person leaves A LOT to be desired. Parts sent to Sears & not me, serious scheduling issues. I can go on & on. The only good thing I have to say is Thomas is excellent 👏👏👍👍👌👌!!!
