CURT CAME OUT AND FIXED OUR ICE MAKERAND DID A FINE JOB, BUT AFTER IT MAD TWO BATCHES OF ICE, TIME TO TRY IT OUT, i PRESSED THE BUTTON AND NOTHING HAPPENED. SO CHRIS CAME OUT AFTER MANY CALLS, I AM NOT SURE WHY BUT THE CALL CENTER KEPT PROMISING HELP WAS COMEING AND IT WAS NOT. SO FINALLY I GOT MIA ON THE PHONE AND SHE (AFTER MUCH DELAY) GOT THE MESSAGE AND CHRIS SHOWED UP AND FIXED THE PROBLEM, THE ICE MAKER WAS BAD AND THE MOTOR WAS FROZE UP AS WELL. NOW IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING. DON'T GET ME WRONG, CURT DID A FINE JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF, IT JUST THAT THE FIRST ICE MAKER WAS BAD TO BEGIN WITH, THANK YOU

Chris came to my house first thing in the morning, and greeted me with a smile. He promptly diagnosed the problem with my ice maker, and went to work.
